    • Get a professional intro and outro, consider hiring a professional speaker for it
    • Give your podcast a unique and descriptive name with a relevant keyword in it
    • Create your podcast artwork, it should be in a square format
    • Consider investing in equipment
    • Do keyword research for your episode titles as you do for SEO
    • Make each episode as longs as it needs to be, do not decide on a fixed episode length
    • Decide on different episode formats: e.g. solo episodes, interviews, short quick tip episodes, roundtable episodes, conversations, story times, etc.
